Briggs Hill | Vine to Vine | Progressive Dinner
Join us for our first progressive dinner with our dear neighbor, Silvan Ridge Winery. Attendees will enjoy four courses prepared by private chef, Anna Morris.
The first two courses will be served at Silvan Ridge. Then attendees will make the short drive across the street to our winery to enjoy the final two courses. Each course is paired with wine, two of the pairings are unreleased wines from barrel.

Sweet Cheeks Winery
Starter: Polenta squares with fontina & wild mushrooms.
Salad: Honeydew & prosciutto with apple vinaigrette.
Entree: Chicken Pinot Noir with roasted vegetables
Dessert: Dark chocolate shells filled w/ chocolate mousse and chantilly cream
