Sauvignon Blanc can be a polarizing wine—you might be on 'Team New Zealand,' or perhaps you prefer a Sancerre. Oregon's climates allow us to find the perfect middle ground. We often equate our Sauvignon Blanc to 'vacation in a glass' as it exudes tropical fruit notes with hints of grapefruit and vibrant acidity.

"With our Sauvignon Blanc, I strive to create a harmonious blend of Old World and New World styles. The first fruit we receive is from Quail Run Vineyards, and this Sauvignon Blanc is the start of our harvest. I enjoy the acidity from this vineyard site and capture it through slow and low-temperature fermentation. The second vineyard from which we source our Sauvignon Blanc is Parker Vineyards. I like to ferment at a higher temperature with this vineyard site to bring out the tropical fruit notes. Both vineyards are fermented separately and in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatics. After both tanks have completed fermentation, I blend them. You will get notes of passionfruit and hints of grapefruit and lemongrass. This wine has become a favorite of many. Enjoy!"
