"The aromas offer notes of lime leaf and white flower. Medium-sweet stone fruit flavors follow. Lively acidity keeps it all in focus. Pair it with your favorite spicy fare." - Sean P. Sullivan, Northwest Wine Report
Our Riesling vines, the first fruit to greet you on your journey to our winery, are nestled at our lowest elevation (720 feet) at the foot of our estate. This unique location allows the Riesling to maintain its stunning acidity. For the 2023 vintage, we meticulously hand-harvested each row of our Riesling to craft our 2023 Vintage Riesling. This wine offers bright layers of freshly picked white peach, vibrant notes of kiwi, and a splash of lime zest.
A Note from Winemaker, Leo Gabica
“This is my go-to brunch wine. It pairs with sweet and savory dishes, specifically a dish with spice. I wanted to capture the aromatics and flavor profiles achieved in our vineyard. We are a cool-climate site that can retain refreshing acidity to balance the semi-sweetness from the fermentation process. My goal with this wine is to provide the classic floral aromas and nice sweetness but still be refreshing. Riesling is a wine that I feel is making a slow comeback in appreciation, and lucky for us - Riesling ages well. It can wait for its moment to shine, and those of us who have already discovered the brilliance of Riesling can enjoy it in the meantime.”

Our 2023 Vintage Riesling, as our winemaker suggests, loves to brunch. This wine pairs beautifully with spiced popcorn, curry, and spicy Thai dishes. Interested in a wow-worthy cheese plate? Try salty cheeses like aged gouda, feta, or parmesan. If you are more of a dessert person, pair this wine with crème brûlée or flan, fig, apricot, or peach desserts, cheesecake, or apple pie.
