Our Sauvignon Blanc is the ideal wine for any season! The perfect blend of fruit-forward notes with a zip of acidity. Often the first fruit we receive every harvest, it sets the tone and excitement. This is a wine that we look forward sharing with you every vintage. Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from our friends at Quail Run Vineyards and Parker Vineyards in Southern Oregon. One sip and you are transported to your favorite tropical destination. 

A Note from Winemaker, Leo Gabica

"The Sauvignon Blanc is often the first grape in for harvest, and the first wine in bottle from the vintage. Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc hit that same standard. Quail Run Vineyards brought their bins of beautiful fruit on September 21st, the official "kick off" to our 2023 harvest. This vineyard site is located in Talent, Oregon within the Rogue Valley AVA at a very high elevation. The acidity that is achieved from this vineyard is incredible, and what allows this wine to have whispers of what you get from a New Zealand style of Sauvignon Blanc. Later in the harvest we received our fruit from Parker Vineyards. This vineyard site is in the Roseburg area of the Umpqua Valley AVA. The sun exposure allows for those layers of fruit-forward notes to ripen perfectly. This wine is all stainless steel and was fermented at low temperatures to preserve the aromatics. Enjoy!"
