The perfect balance between our estate grown fruit that provides the spark of acidity, and the mouthwatering flavor profile achieved by Foris Vineyards fruit. This wine can be enjoyed at any occasion and with a range of cuisines.
"The aromas show notes of lime leaf, tangerine rind, herb, and honeysuckle. Medium-sweet, rich, textured-feeling peach and apricot flavors follow. Those looking for a sweet-style Riesling, this is a delicious example. Pair it with spicy phad kee mao. 91 Points." - Sean P. Sullivan, Northwest Wine Report
A Note from Winemaker, Leo Gabica
“We have been making our semi-sweet Riesling for nearly 20 years, and I love the balance between our vineyard's fruit and Foris Vineyards in Southern Oregon. Foris is located nearly at the California border, and the flavor profile is perfect for this wine. All of our wines need to have the right amount of acid, and especially our semi-sweet styles. Our estate lends in those sparks of acidity that ensures a well balanced wine. Fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks allows for the aromatics to jump out of the glass.”

Riesling is a fascinating varietal; it breaks many standards people hold around white wine. Wine Spectator has claimed that Riesling is the wine world's best-kept secret, and we couldn't agree more. It makes the perfect companion to spicy Thai or Indian cuisine to balance the heat. This is also a go-to for brunch! Sometimes we forego the traditional dessert after a family meal and opt for a glass of Vintage Riesling instead.
