It's common to think of rosé only as a summer wine, but we love our Dry Rosé in the late summer and early autumn months. Mirroring that feeling at the end of summer where the days are still warm, but you feel a hint of crispness in the air - this rosé has layers of guava and dried cherry notes with ribbons of refreshing grapefruit.
A Note from Winemaker, Leo Gabica
“The 2022 harvest was a lower yield on our estate and for a few of our partner vineyards, so I decided to have a softer take on our dry style of rosé. All of the fruit was grown sustainably in the South Willamette Valley, both from our vineyard and Cindi Rae Vineyards. This rosé is 92% Pinot Noir and 8% Chardonnay. We gently pressed the grapes as whole clusters and fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve aromatics and complexity. We really enjoy releasing this wine around the late summer and early autumn. It pairs really well with the late summer and early autumn meals, and can be that spark you need throughout the year.”

This wine is impressively versatile in food pairings - a great option to have on hand for impromptu pizza nights, catching up with friends, or with a savory dessert. We also love to pair this wine with a couscous with tomato and feta, carnita tacos, or niçoise salad.
