Our estate experienced a beautiful growing season and had a perfectly timed wind in early September. The airflow from the wind allowed for a safe harvest in our vineyard.
As the fruit came in from our vineyard, we carefully hand-sorted
and then pressed whole cluster. Our 2020 Estate Pinot Gris was then
fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature.
