“Our 2020 Estate Dry Riesling is fermented purely in stainless steel - I really enjoy the aromatics of a Riesling and I preserve it through this fermentation process. The 2020 harvest was picked by hand and we inspected each and every bunch prior to fermentation. We ensured the best bunches entered the press. All of our Riesling is grown at our lowest elevation - around 720 feet, in our dry farmed sedimentary soil vineyard. The flavor profile will give you intense citrus, perhaps even a hint of green bell pepper, and a touch of lemon meringue. The texture and body will be refreshing and the lingering acidity will last through to your next sip. Enjoy a true labor of our love by our production team.”

It is quickly becoming one of our most requested wines to appear on custom wine tasting flights on our patio.
