“I've been excited to share this wine with our Barrel Select Club Members. I think this will rival the first vintage of Serra Vineyard Syrah as my favorite thus far. The acidity has brought out a robust flavor profile, with a nice tannin structure. I will be personally stocking up on a few bottles of this wine! It was aged for 19 months in three of our American-French hybrid barrels. Two of the barrels were new oak and the third was neutral. The maceration time was 7 days to bring out a stunning hue and tannin structure.”
