Our Luminary Sparkling was crafted from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from our dry-farmed estate vineyard. We hand harvest the fruit in the early hours and carefully press the grapes to capture the flavors balanced with acidity. The sparkling is aged in the bottles, the traditional method, to create strings of bubbles that dance in your glass. Enjoy robust flavors of pear and citrus that are wrapped in hints of pastry dough. We kept the dosage very minimal, ensuring the Luminary Sparkling would be nicely balanced and very dry.

"When approaching our sparkling wine, we tend to approach the vintage and let the story and wine unfold from there. In December 2018, we lost our visionary Founder - Boss Man, Dan. 2019 would be the first growing year that I didn't stand with him under our oak tree, evaluating the growing season, forming plans and changing them as mother nature needed us to. As a team, we came together and felt we needed to create a sparkling in Dan's honor. When it came to naming the wine - we had a long discussion. It kept coming back to Dan leading us, even when not physically here. Those who knew Dan would know he was obsessed with lights - there is a light switch for everything. The day he passed, the power went out at the winery - except for our cupola light in our Vista Room. A beacon in the night. On the one-year mark of Dan's passing, we had a tree lighting ceremony. He continues to light our way today."
