Produced using multiple blocks of our estate grown Pinot Gris, this complex white wine is reminiscent of a sunny summer day split between picking peaches at a favorite local farm and watching the waves break along the rocky Oregon Coast. Crisp and refreshing, notes of juicy peach, melon, and lime are highlighted by honey, cardamom, and salty sea spray. Fruit forward on the palate, a burst of mouthwatering mid-palate zest acidity balances this Pinot Gris to perfection.
